PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Matt Bracco has been involved in the commercial real estate brokerage industry for the past 16 years. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1999 as a founding partner of a real estate advisory group that has grown to a team of eight professionals.  Mr. Bracco began his real estate brokerage career with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 1994, where he was one of the top industrial brokerage producers in the North Bay Area market.  Mr. Bracco has represented clients in over 650 transactions involving over 7.5 million square feet of property.   Over the past 16 years he has developed an expertise in marketing large premier business parks and projects, tenant representation assignments and investment sales in Solano, Napa, Marin, Sonoma & Contra Costa Counties.  

MAJOR CLIENTS

Mr. Bracco’s major clients have included Panattoni Development Company, Basin Street Properties, The Edward Pike Company, LBA Realty, Rreef, Lowenberg Corporation, McDaniel & Associates & HJ Shein, Inc.  During the past 5 years, Mr. Bracco has represented Jaeger McHugh & Company LLC in the acquisition of 14 leased investment properties in Napa and Solano Counties totaling over 535,000 SF.  During that same time, he has represented Crystal Geyser Water Company in multiple transactions including the acquisition of 26 acres of industrial land in Fairfield, a 30,000 square foot warehouse lease in American Canyon and a 70,000 square foot warehouse lease in Bakersfield.        

In 2005, his team at C&W successfully represented Oregon Steel Mills in the disposition of their Napa Pipe heavy industrial facility in Napa.  The project totaled over 747,000 square feet on 152 acres of land.  Other significant clients include ABCO Laboratories, Golden State Container, Fowler Property Acquisitions, Francis Coppola Brands, Masco Corporation & Kiewit Pacific Co.

AWARDS

Mr. Bracco’s eight-person real estate advisory team is annually recognized as one of the top producing teams for Cushman & Wakefield. In 2008 the team was honored by the San Francisco Business Times for the Largest Industrial Lease Transaction in the East Bay (Panattoni to FedEx – 330,750 square feet). In 2004 & 2005, the team was the recipient of C&W’s Client Service Excellence Award.  In 2005, Mr. Bracco ranked as the #11 Industrial Producer for C&W nationally and from 2003 to 2009, he was honored as one of C&W’s Top 20 Northern California producers across all service lines.
 

EDUCATION

Mr. Bracco received his degree in Business Administration and Economics in 1992 from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA.

Mr. Bracco, his wife and two children reside in Alamo, CA. While at Saint Mary’s College, he was awarded Rookie of the Year in lacrosse. He led the men’s lacrosse team in scoring during his junior and senior seasons and was selected to the West Coast Division I All Star Team his senior year.  In addition, he has competed at a high level in running, triathlon and long distance open water swimming races including the Ironman Triathlon World championship in Hawaii in 1999 as well as several other marathons and Ironman triathlons around the world.  In 2000, Mr. Bracco was recognized by USA Triathlon as an Honorable Mention All American as a top national age group triathlete.
