1000 4th Street, Suite 350 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Glen Dowling is a 25-year veteran with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. Mr. Dowling specializes Tenant Representation, Investment Sales and the marketing of major Business Parks in four counties. Mr. Dowling has been involved in the development of several million square feet of buildings throughout the Bay Area. Through "hands on" experience with build-to-suit transactions, he has acquired extensive knowledge of the development, relocation and building approval process, construction costs and a thorough understanding of the key issues to be considered during the building design and construction process. Mr. Dowling has also represented major companies in relocations and build-to-suit projects throughout the Bay Area. The most recent tenant representation assignments included representing The Walt Disney Company and it subsidiary IM Digital in securing 120,000 sf of Class "A" office space in Novato, California, and Trinchero Family Estates-Sutter Home Winery in the negotiations to secure a 164,000 warehouse lease and a 40,000 sf office building acquisition in Napa County, California. In addition, as an Exclusive Representative for Lucent Technologies, working with a team, Mr. Dowling assisted in managing their 2.5 million square foot real estate portfolio in the Western United States. During this period, duties included negotiating all renewals, expansions and relocations in the western region. Mr. Dowling currently manages a eight-person brokerage advisory team specializing in the Highway 101, Interstate 80 & 680 corridors, working out of the San Rafael/Fairfield offices of Cushman & Wakefield. The team specializes in Tenant and Landlord Representation, Investment Sales and the marketing of significant Business Parks in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano and Contra Costa Counties. Current major Business Park assignments include: Green Valley Corporate Park, a 132-Acre Office Park; Napa Valley Corporate Park, a 246-Acre Business Park; Solano Business Park, a 220-Acre Business Park and Napa Airport Corporate Center, a 50-Acre Business Park.
