Soon thereafter, Mr. Neeb partnered up with one of the most productive “office / warehouse” leasing and investments sale team’s throughout the Bay Area region. Over the past ten (10) years, he has become an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Napa - Solano team.

Chris has represented over 200 transactions involving over 3,750,000 square feet of lease and purchase assignments in Napa County and Solano Counties. Some significant tenant representation clients include : BP Solar, Calbee America, CK Mondavi Winery, Constellation, Crystal Geyser Water Company, Illinois Tool Work, ING Financial, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Novartis and Starbucks. On the landlord representation side, some of Mr. Neeb’s significant clients include: Basin Street Properties, Diageo Chateau & Wine Estates, Fosters America, Jaeger-McHugh LLC, Jim Carlsen, LBA Realty, Lowenberg Corporation and Panattoni Development Company.

Over the past ten years (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008), Mr. Neeb’s brokerage team has achieved several awards at Cushman & Wakefield including the prestigious honor for Top Industrial Producing Sales Group and Client Service Excellence Award in Northern California. In 2008 the team was honored by the San Francisco Business Times for the Largest Industrial Lease Transaction in the East Bay (Panattoni to FedEx – 330,750 square feet). EDUCATION
Mr. Neeb resides in the Green Valley area of Fairfield, Solano County, with his wife (Julie) and daughter (Carolina). He enjoys spending quality time with his family at their Tahoe cabin. Other extra-curricular activities he enjoys include snow-skiing, surfing, running, swimming and traveling. |
